CHD has had some important victories, and we believe we will see more this year:

• We won an injunction against CA’s new AB2098 law restricting physician speech regarding COVID, with attorney Rick Jaffe. CHD Press Release

• CHD Files New Lawsuit Alleging California Medical Board Still Trying to Discipline Doctors for Spreading COVID ‘Misinformation’

  According to a lawsuit filed by Children’s Health Defense, the Medical Board of California is still threatening disciplinary action against physicians for allegedly spreading COVID-19 “misinformation” — even though a law passed in 2022, which established that doctors who give “false” information about COVID-19 to patients were engaging in unprofessional conduct, was repealed. • CHD-CA/PERK-GROUP vs LAUSD – we prevailed in stopping the 1,000+ school districts in the state of California from requiring children to take the COVID vaccine in order to attend school. Defender Article
• CHD-CA/PERK-GROUP vs Peidmont School District – We prevailed as the judge ruled in our favor and the school settled the case. The school district will no longer bring back the mandate. Defender Article.

• Current and former employees of the City of Los Angeles file suit for redress from violations of their Constitutional and federal statutory right to refuse an EUA investigational drug without incurring a penalty or loss of benefits. Read the FILED Amended Complaint.

On July 24, 2023, CHD sued the City of Los Angeles (LA) for failing to respond to CHD’s request for documents related to LA’s smart city initiatives. According to the complaint, key departments in the city government violated the California Public Records Act (CPRA) by failing to promptly respond to CHD’s request to produce electronic records related to smart city planning. While most of the city’s 20 departments involved in smart city planning provided the documents CHD requested, the Information Technology Agency, Bureau of Street Lighting, LA World Airports, Bureau of Street Services, Bureau of Engineering and the LA Police Department, which may have highly sensitive information regarding the smart city rollout, did not produce the requested documents.

2024 will be the year the Gardasil Injury Case begin breaking broadly in the US and Europe
